How I Approach Enablement
I treat enablement as a systems problem, not a content problem.
I start by identifying where understanding breaks down across the buyer or user journey. Then I work cross functionally to align on what actually needs to be clarified. Only after that do I decide what to build, if anything.
My goal is always behavior change. Clearer conversations. Faster ramp. More confident execution.

My work has supported onboarding, customer education, internal enablement, and product launches for growing and enterprise teams.
