I start by identifying where understanding breaks down across the buyer or user journey. Then I work cross functionally to align on what actually needs to be clarified. Only after that do I decide what to build, if anything.

I am an enablement focused operator with a background in product education for SaaS companies.

For over five years, I have partnered with product, customer, and go to market teams to reduce confusion, improve adoption, and help organizations communicate complex systems more clearly. My work has supported onboarding, customer education, internal enablement, and product launches for growing and enterprise teams.

What differentiates my approach is a focus on diagnosing the root cause of confusion rather than simply producing more content. I care about clarity, alignment, and execution. The medium is secondary.
